Turkey and mozzarella salad with cherry tomatoes

Juicy cherry tomatoes, fresh baby mozzarella and nutritious turkey fillet drizzled with mayonnaise-mustard sauce.


  • 200 grams of turkey, fillet
  • salad to taste
  • 200 grams of mozzarella
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 quail eggs
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

  1. Step 1

    Rinse the turkey and put it in boiling water. Let it simmer for 40 minutes. Once it's cooled, cut it into pieces.

    While the meat is boiling, cook the quail eggs by putting them in cold water, bringing to a boil, and cooking for 5 minutes. Cut and peel the ingredients in half.

    Wash the lettuce leaves and tomatoes. Then, tear the lettuce into chunks and slice the tomatoes.

    To create the sauce, mix mustard seeds with mayonnaise.

    Start the layering process by placing lettuce leaves at the bottom of the dish, followed by the meat, tomatoes, and egg halves. Coat the mozzarella with sesame seeds and garnish the salad.
