Combine oats, dried blueberries, almond butter, dates, almonds, hemp seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, and salt in a food processor. Process until a thick paste forms, 1 to 2 minutes, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.

To prepare the oat mixture, line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Then, scoop 16 rounded portions of the mixture onto the sheet using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop or measuring spoon. Roll each portion into a ball using clean hands. Refrigerate the balls, uncovered, until cool to the touch, which should take about 20 minutes.

To make the High-Protein Lemon-Blueberry Energy Balls, finely chop the remaining 2 teaspoons of dried blueberries.

Drizzle the lemon glaze evenly over the chilled energy balls. Use about 1/4 teaspoon of glaze for each ball. While the glaze is still wet, sprinkle chopped blueberries evenly over the balls.
