Directions

Recipe instructions Steak Fried Rice

  1. Step 1

Heat a large wok over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Scramble the eggs and place them on a plate after removing them from heat.

  2. Step 2

Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. Add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil to the wok and wait until it's hot. Add the steak cubes and cook until browned and cooked through. Place the cooked steak on another plate and set it aside.

  3. Step 3

Melt one tablespoon of butter in the same wok and cook the onions and veggies until they become soft and warm. Put back the egg, steak, and the remaining butter in the wok and toss to mix.

  4. Step 4

Finally, add the rice and drizzle soy sauce all over. Keep folding until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Additional soy sauce may be needed. I like to taste the rice as I add more soy sauce. I usually pour enough soy sauce to coat all the rice and turn it brown.

  5. Step 5

Then, I take it off the heat and serve it!
