Halve the eggs lengthwise. Take out the yolks and put them in a mixing bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir until it's all smooth. Taste it and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Pipe the yolk mixture into a pastry bag with a star or round tip, or use a plastic bag with a corner snipped to a medium size.
To put the eggs together, pipe or spoon the same amount of the yolk mixture into each half of the egg white.
