Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C), fan 320 degrees F (160 degrees C), gas 4. Brush oil on a muffin tin with 12 holes.

Pile up four large tortilla wraps (from a 496 g pack) and use a bowl with an 11-12 cm diameter as a guide to cut out three stacks of circles. Warm them briefly in the microwave and gently press them into the muffin tin holes.

Divide chopped 150 g cherry tomatoes and chopped 1 x 70 g pack chorizo slices between the tortilla cups.

Mix 8 medium eggs with seasoning in a measuring cup and add 125 grams of grated sharp cheddar cheese. Spoon the mixture into the cups and bake for 15 minutes or until they are set and golden brown. Let them cool for 10 minutes before eating.
